Prohibited structures, activities or items:

• Parking on the street (ECCR 6.14.16)

• Prohibited Vehicles (commercial, campers, boats, RVs, trailers) (ECCR 6.15.16)

• Vehicles not in operating condition and/or not having a current plate (ECCR 6.15.17)

• Southwest-style front yards (rock or stone) (ECCR 6.24.18)

• Wall or window air conditioners (ECCR 6.27.19)

• Wetland, lakes and water bodies (ECCR 6.31.19)

• Business Use (EECR 6.33.19)

• Storage sheds (ECCR 7.1.23)

Restricted items:

• Boat, RV and trailer parking (ECCR 6.15.16)

• Animals and pets (ECCR 6.16.17)

• Garbage cans must be stored out of sight or screened from view (ECCR 6.19.17)

• Above-ground pools (ECCR 6.21.18)

• Turf/landscape must be kept in good condition-i.e. weeds, dead grass, dead palm fronds, high grass must be maintained (ECCR 6.24.18)

• Sidewalk & driveway changes (including colors & textures) (ECCR 7.1.23)

• Exterior house color changes (ECCR 7.1.23)

• Play structures, dog houses & basketball backboards (ECCR 19.6)
