​For the calendar year of 2025, the HOA Assessment is $1680, payable in equal monthly installments of $140, or in one, lump sum. Each October, the Board will meet to discuss the budget to determine the amount of assessments for the following year.

Assessment installments are due and payable on the 1st of each month. Late fees are assessed on the 10th of the month.
