Through its affiliation with BB&T Associations Services, homeowner's benefit from a number of options to choose from when remitting the monthly association assessment.
For the calendar year of 2021, the HOA Assessment is $1320, payable in equal monthly installments of $110, or in one, lump sum.
Assessment installments are due and payable on the 1st of each month. Remittance coupons should be obtained from the seller, or can be obtained from the Management Company. Late fees are assessed on the 10th of the month.

Payments can be set up to automatically pay out on the 3rd of each month, via a debit card or credit card (related fees may apply), or via an eCheck.
Homeowners using an online bill-pay provider should ensure that all account information is correct, to ensure prompt payment.
Payments can be made at any local BB&T Financial Center using a BB&T payment coupon or statement. Payments will post the following business day.
Each October, the Board will meet to discuss the budget to determine the amount of assessments for the following year.
