NOTICE TO HOMEOWNERS:

In accordance with subsection (7) of Chapter 720.303, Florida State Statutes, a copy of the Accountant’s Financial Compilation Report for the year ended December 31, 2023 is available to Association members free of charge upon request. Individual homeowners may request an electronic or hard copy of the Financial Report by requesting information from to the management company. Please ensure to include your Preserve at Lake Thomas address with your request. Reports will be provided within 10 business days of request.
