In accordance with subsection (7) of Chapter 720.303, Florida State Statutes, a copy of the Accountant’s
Financial Compilation Report for the year ended December 31, 2022 is available to Association members free of charge upon request. Individual homeowners may request an electronic or hard copy of the Financial Report by one of the following methods: by calling in the request to the management company at (813) 264-1119; by sending a request by mail to the Trowbridge company, inc., P.O. Box 273708, Tampa, Florida 33688; or by contacting management via email trowbridgeco@msn.com. Email requests for an electronic copy are preferred. Please ensure to include your Preserve at Lake Thomas address with your request.
