NOTICE: Board Vacancy Appointments – Special Meeting
There are Board positions to be filled. In accordance with the Association’s Bylaws and Florida law, the remaining Directors are authorized to appoint qualified individuals to fill Board vacancies.
Owners interested in being considered are encouraged to submit their interest to Cody Glass at cglass@wisepm.com no later than July 21, 2026, at 5:00 P.M.
A Special Board Meeting will be held on July 23, 2026, to review submissions and consider appointments.
Official board communications are posted on Facebook in the group "The Preserve at Lake Thomas."
The board does not post in "The Preserve at Lake Thomas Neighbors" group.

The Board meets at the Pasco County Heritage Park building in Land O' Lakes, on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. Next meeting: Wednesday, May 14, 2026.
