Subject: Board Communication Clarification

Dear PLT Neighbors,

The Board of Directors is aware of an unsigned letter circulating within the community. This communication was not issued by Wise Property Management, was not authorized by the HOA Board, and does not represent the Association.

To avoid confusion, please note the following:

Official Association communications are issued through:

 

• Wise Property Management (email and homeowner portal),

• The Association’s official website,

• Properly noticed Board meetings and approved meeting minutes.

 

The Board conducts Association business, including financial oversight and governance matters, through these established and transparent processes.

Board meetings are open to all members. Homeowners are encouraged to attend the next meeting on February 12 or submit questions in writing so they may be addressed on the record through the appropriate channels.
